You will receive vehicles at the service reception, prepare accurate job cards and estimates, keep customers informed through the day and ensure a clean handover at delivery.
What you will do
- Vehicle reception and job card creation
- Explain estimates and approvals to customers
- Coordinate with technicians on job status
- Drive service feedback and CSI scores
What we look for
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Automobile
- 1-4 years in an authorised service centre
- Strong communication and DMS familiarity
